Je me suis ensuite dirig\u00e9e vers le coaching professionnel, une exp\u00e9rience peu concluante et trop \u00e9loign\u00e9e de qui je suis et ce \u00e0 quoi j&rsquo;aspirais. J&rsquo;avais tr\u00e8s envie de faire de la th\u00e9rapie mais pas n&rsquo;importe comment.<\/p><p>En parall\u00e8le \u00e0 \u00e7a j&rsquo;ai v\u00e9cu une longue errance m\u00e9dicale au terme de laquelle on m&rsquo;a diagnostiqu\u00e9 4 maladies en 6 mois. L&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elle a pris toute la place dans ma vie : le SAMA. Elle m&rsquo;a lourdement handicap\u00e9e au point de ne plus pouvoir ni travailler, ni mener une vie ordinaire acceptable. Et puis j&rsquo;ai crois\u00e9 l&rsquo;hypnoth\u00e9rapie&#8230; Mais pas n&rsquo;importe laquelle, l&rsquo;hypnose th\u00e9rapeutique ericksonienne, celle enseign\u00e9e par Josick Guermeur dont la fille m\u00eame du Dr Milton Erickson reconnaissait la qualit\u00e9 et dont vous pouvez lire le t\u00e9moignage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.formation-hypnose-ericksonienne-xtrema.fr\/Texte_Betty_AliceN.html\">ici<\/a>.<\/p><p>Cette rencontre avec l&rsquo;hypnoth\u00e9rapie a compl\u00e9tement chang\u00e9 ma vie \u00e0 tous les points de vue et j&rsquo;aspire aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 guider d&rsquo;autres personnes pour trouver l&rsquo;incroyable richesse qui se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de chacun\u00b7e des Hypnoth\u00e9rapeutes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Je travaille avec un r\u00e9seau de professionnel\u00b7les du soin et de la sant\u00e9 qui exercent des m\u00e9tiers vari\u00e9s, je les recommande si besoin. L\u2019hypnoth\u00e9rapie s\u2019inscrit dans la relation d\u2019aide, hors cadre m\u00e9dical et r\u00e9glement\u00e9. Elle ne se substitue donc en rien \u00e0 un acte ou un traitement m\u00e9dical dont elle peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaire. Cela t&rsquo;est il d\u00e9j\u00e0 arriv\u00e9 en voiture, en courant ou en marchant, de faire un bout de chemin sans en avoir vraiment conscience ? Ou bien ce moment o\u00f9 tu lis un livre, regarde un film et tu te rends compte que tu \u00e9tais parti<b>\u00b7<\/b>e dans tes pens\u00e9es ? Oui ? Et bien c&rsquo;est \u00e7a la transe hypnotique ! L&rsquo;inconscient est pr\u00e9sent en permanence, le travail ne d\u00e9pend donc pas de la profondeur de ton \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9veil.<\/p><p>Lors du travail ensemble je vais t&rsquo;accompagner afin que tu atteignes le niveau de transe le plus confortable pour toi.
